At Hariom’s Tailor, our reputation for this artisanal expertise is at the heart of who we are. A passion turned business, Hariom’s Tailor launched its first retail store, Toko Vaswani, in Surabaya in 1937 before relocating to the capital city of Jakarta. Since then, we have become the destination for men looking to invest in made-to-measure or bespoke suits that make them feel like a king amongst men.
Today, our extraordinary story serves as a reminder of the professionalism and excellence that has defined the Hariom’s suit for generations, standards which we strive to maintain in our tailoring every day.
We have maintained our presence in the tailoring world by using the finest fabrics, components and standards of craftsmanship to produce perfectly fitted clothing of exceptional quality and style. Our highly experienced tailors have dressed an impressive global portfolio of clients for decades.
We carry an extensive range of fine milled cloth mainly from Italy, England, Scotland and Ireland. Our Mills change every so often, but you will see cloth from Cerruti, Loro Piana, Vitale Barbaris Canonico, Caccioppoli, Holland & Sherry, Dormeuil, Scabal, Hudderfield, Reda, Fintes Drago and the likes.

We do this in an environment that is both comfortable and inspiring - from the moment you walk through the door. Our heritage showroom in Pasar Baru, Jakarta’s oldest shopping district, combines a historical location with a modern interior to exemplify the brand’s commitment to bringing a contemporary twist to old-world tailoring.
Hariom’s Tailor redefines contemporary tailoring by combining traditional cutting and tailoring techniques with minimalist and functional design.
